SAHSSI welcomes both client and service feedback and compliments.

SAHSSI is committed to providing an efficient and effective feedback service to clients, their advocates, service providers and the community.  We value feedback from those who deal with us because it helps us to improve our services by revealing areas where we need to change our policies and practices.

Feedback is sought formally and informally.

Results of all feedback obtained will be reported appropriately to the Management Committee, staff, external stake holders and funding bodies as required and will be utilised transparently to inform and improve SAHSSI service delivery.
